Cancel this thing, your incompetence will cost us
Hi, I requested to join this medical insurance, however, after careful consideration, I decided to terminate immediately. I sent a message to your twitter (x) inbox on the 11 June 2024, I have not received any correspondence or assistance to date. The response from X was that you guys take 2 - 3 days to respond, anyway, please dont debit me, cancel this thing, I will look for alternative and competent medical insurance companies to replace you. Bye!
