Cancel my flexicare and dont you dare deduct my money you ****s.

I want them to cancel my flexicare with imnediate effect. I was quoted 500, but debit mandate is R900. Such a ****. They must cancel now because i opened the medical scheme 10 days ago,they said they will cancel effect from the 30 of september ....Iknow they want to deduct my money. They must not dare i have not used their medical or qualified.
