********** by Flexicare’s Math – Refund Needed!
What incompetence!! Where do I even start with Flexicare? I paid R1,300 for August and September, and R644 (my monthly premium) for October, yet somehow they still thought I owed more.
Then came the kicker: they debited R922 on 1st November, and R499 on 5th November, and told me it was for August and September. Wait… what? Somehow, in their world, math is optional. Also bith these amounts are not the amount of my premiums that I consented to!
I’ve had to demand an R778 refund and insist they stop the debit order because, clearly, trusting their system to do basic addition is a bad idea.
I've had to call in severally and their finance department apparently doesn't have a contact number?! A total circus. Flexicare, please sort this out ASAP!
