Billings the worse department ever

Flexicare is the worse pathetic health insurance..I had a incident wth then last montg regarding debit order arrangement.. Its February now they didnt deduct anything from my account. they changed my bank details to ABSA but im fnb..i dont knw where they got that bank details. Billings department dont reply to any mails .I want them to deduct the money from my account they still didnt do it. Then they will tell me my policy has lapsed due to no payment but they are the problem..i want to damn pay the account but no one reply to mails..the flexicare consultant Mr Parel also send request to billing,they didnt even respond to his mail..this is so pathetic and bad...i will never recommend this policy to anyone. Its so pathetic.
