Been waiting since April for my card, no one is responding to me

Listen, I’ve signed up with Flexicare in APRIL and I am STILL WAITING to get my card. A month ago I got a call saying it was being delivered within the week, it never arrived. I sent an email, got a call back even though I stated in the email that I am not able to answer the phone so would like a response via email, missed the call because I obviously could not answer the call, as stated. They have since not called back, no response via email. Nothing. WHAT AM I PAYING IF I DON’T EVEN HAVE THE THING I NEED TO GET THE MEDICAL CARE I AM OAYING FOR
