All for commission

<p>I called Jenus Health around August 2016 looking for a reliable medical aid. Medihealth was recommended to me dispite the fact that I had my reservations due to what I read on Hellopeter, however I was given assurance that most of their clients were happy. </p> <p> </p> <p>This turned out to be the biggest mistake as it has been impossible to use the medical anywhere. I was due to have an operation in October 2016 but I couldnt get an authorisation until 3 months after I had made other means. Again this month I had to see a physiologist for trauma but the medicaal aid was rejected as Medihelp had a history of rejecting claims. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then called Jenus Health to cancel the medical aid from inception as it has been impossible to use it anywhere but no one is willing to assist me. Is receiving commission on my medical aid more important than insuring that i get value for my money??????</p> <p> </p> <p>I am thoroughly dissapointed :(</p>
