ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING SERVICE BY FLEXICARE, HIPPOADVICE PRIMECURE DURING TRYING TIMES
We signed up during April 2020 with Flexicare, was contacted by Flexicare through hippo advice. The consultant spoke the day to my husband and I respectively, and we were quoted premiums. Signed both up and permission was SPECIFICALLY to activate the debit order from 25 April 2020 and then respectively every 25th of the following month. We received an email stating that we are both covered. We started working again during May 2020 and I realized that only the premium for my husband went off on 25 April and 25 May. I contacted Flexicare by email. I WANT TO INQUIRE WHY THE PREMIUM FOR MS OLIVIER DID NOT GO OFF FOR APRIL AND MAY AND WHY WE DID NOT RECEIVE MEMBERSHIPCARDS. WITHOUT ANY NOTICE the missing premiums for APRIL AND MAY WERE ADDED TO THE PREMIUM FOR JUNE 2020. THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE, WHO CAN AFFORD IT DURING THESE TRYING TIMES. I contacted Flexicare again, STATING THAT IT'S UNACCEPTABLE TO DEDUCT NOW FOR 2 MISSING PAYMENTS AND THAT WE IN ANY CASE HAD NO COVER FOR MRS OLIVIER FOR THE 2 MONTHS. Coming July the premium was not submitted in time. AGAIN i send Flexicare an email AS WE STILL HAVE NO MEMBERSHIP CARDS, THUS CANNOT USE OUR COVER AND IF THE 25TH FALLS ON A WEEK-WEND, SURELY THE DEBIT ORDER MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE 25TH. I told them clearly that I will not pay another double premium and if things are not sorted out I will cancel the debit order. THIS MEANS NOW THEY HAVE TAKEN DURING THESE TRYING TIMES R2625 FROM US FOR SWEET BLUE NOTHING
