Be very careful when dealing with the company called Flexible Workspace who rents out shared office space especially when entering into a short-term contract with them. They will try to milk you for money and rely on some fine print in their contracts to get more money out of you because you did not give the ridiculous two-month notice even if you make it very clear from the start that you want a three-month contract only and were promised that it would not be a problem. <br> <br> You will not get anywhere when you complain to the owner, Bradley Porter (mr Arrogant), even if his staff are in the wrong and you have the proof or even when his staff admit that their fine print is causing lots of unhappiness amongst tenants, he will deny it - all just to milk you for more money making it clear that they are very desperate to take your hard-earned cash from you no matter how *********ly they act in doing so. <br> <br> Take this as a friendly warning and save yourself the trouble.
