I paid for a bumper guard from Flexi Mats on 24/11/29, but despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received the bumper guard or a valid response. It has now been 7 weeks, and they have ignored my messages and refused to provide proof of shipment or a refund. I encourage others to be cautious when dealing with this business.
