X-Ray vision or it will cost you R540

I ordered a desk online from Flexa South Africa, on delivery I had a look at the desk and it wasn't what I was looking for. Two days after delivery I emailed them and said I would like to return the desk (well within the 7-day cooling-off period), I Paid full courier costs to return the desk to Stellenbosch but they now are refusing to give me a full refund because the box was opened and therefore can only offer an 80% refund.

So unless you have X-ray vision, I would suggest not ordering from them because simply opening the box to view the desk can cost you R540.

Terrible customer service, it's taken two weeks to get a cent out of them. I would not recommend them to anyone. https://www.flexaworld.com/en-za
