Sharlatans, ***boys, call it what you will but don't use this outfit

The warning signs were there from the outset in terms of very poor communication, but we placed our faith in the US parent Triton Inc. How wrong we were… Flex-o-Tek disappointed on every level. Consistently unreliable with respect to time-keeping and then arriving on site with substandard equipment which required an hour to limp into action only to fail consistently. Blatantly *********** with respect to the products and their application since the “industrial grade flexibility and durability” product has simply peeled off our pool and roof. Having seen the videos of the debacle of this application, Triton Inc (US) has confirmed Flex-0-Tek were doubly *********** in applying the wrong products in the wrong manner. Given this, in all reasonableness, we asked for a full refund of our deposit….still waiting Flex-o-Tek and not going to give up Flex-o-Tek. Put yourselves in our shoes…no one pays money for nothing and doesn’t fight hard to get it back.
