Their customer service is the worst,the communication is not clear from the beginning that there will be extra fees one needs to pay before getting a loan . I have requested a cancelation of my loan application after paying a fee and they seem to not want to refund me as all their numbers are going to voice-mail, they aren't responding to my emails. I am planning on taking this further as I need my money back. They take advantage of vulnerable customers I am still very much frustrated as they aren't returning none of my calls
