Flex consulting is a **** I received an email from this company flex consulting inviting me to a job induction/interview their email ends with @flexconsult.co.za, in the email they listed documents I should bring, which included a ITC Report Document and a Background clearance certificate, and If I do not have these documents I have to pay R300, immediately I became suspicious, why would a company that wants to hire an unemployed person(has no source of income) make them pay to get employed?, these are signs of a ****, my suspicions were confirmed to be true after doing a lot of searching on the internet, It is a **** and they appear to be using different company names.

The Interview For some reason I decided to go to the interview, my expectation was I would be the only person there this was an obvious **** after all who would fall for that?, but to my surprise there were a couple of people who came to interview, and the place where this interview was to take place gave the company a legitimacy that made me question my assumptions of it being a ****, the address is 8 Hillside Road, Parktown, Johannesburg, 2196. Metropolitan office park 1st floor. Confirmation bias began setting in, some part of me really wanted this to a legitimate job interview but the signs of it being a **** were still there, the contact details provided in the email did not work, the company name or logo is nowhere to found in this building, there is no office labeled with the company name “flex consulting”, the interview takes place in a office labeled Regus which I later found out to be a office space rental agency, basically they were renting a office to gain legitimacy.

the interview takes place, after waiting for almost an hour, one of the lady randomly pops out and calls one of us in to the office were interview takes place, the office has two people including the lady who called you in, they are rather casual for people who will be conducting an interviewing, one is on her phone while is conducting the so called “interview”, as you sit down, the lady wearing a pink hoodie and with dreadlocks immediately asks for your documents, and goes through the documents to see if you have the ITC Report and Background clearance certificate, they know no one will have these documents, so they remind you to pay the R300, and in my case told only have until 2pm to bring the money, these heartless people who just want your money after all, interesting I asked her about the position she clearly does not know want she is interviewing me for, so she says I should refer to the email be better prepared.

Email There are signs in the way the email is written that show that it is a ****, I decided not to point this out sentence to sentence as they might read it and make improvements to emails but the email is contradictory. Here is the entire email they sent.
