Smoking at Fleurdal Mall Entrance

Checkers Regional Mannager, Marius Maritz enjoying a cigarette 2 meters from entrance. Myself and my 6 year old daughter forced to walk through his disgusting smoke. This is generally allowed at this store and mostly you will find employees from a shop inside Fleurdal Mall taking a smoke break. Disgusting and against the law... But nevertheless allowed and tolerated. Where is the security guards?
