worst service

<p>I cannot begin to express my dissatisfaction... </p> <p>I attended fleur de lis spa at umhlanga this past weekend and I received the most poor and undesirable service ever.</p> <p>I booked myself for a full body massage and a mani and pedi however the mausoise provided me with such terrible service she was extremely stubborn and never listened to a thing I had to said, I think her name was gugu. </p> <p>During my massage she was so rough and paid no heed to my complaints.</p> <p>thereafter I went for a mani and pedi and it seemed as if I was being attended to by someone unprofessional as she made me paint my own nails because she was so unexperienced and could not even paint nails properly.</p> <p>I mean is this the kind of service we pay for? </p> <p>such unprofessionalisim.</p> <p>on my way out i shared my concerns with the receptionist who simply had a dumb blank look on her face without even making an apology or an attempt to address my concern but she simply ignored my dissatisfaction.</p> <p>This is such service il never recommend to anyone out there.</p> <p>You can't pay for something and receive such pathetic service from such unprofessional people.</p> <p>They go by the moto that customer service is key however maybe the staff needs to be trained on how to treat and value their customers or I can be sure they will be losing many future clients as I vouge that I will never return to endure such horrific service again.</p>
