I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the level and standard of service received from this so called spa. I chose a package online that sounded really eilte and special most specifically as it was My anniversary.<br> When we got there we were just blandly told to wait outside, nothing was offered to us.2 ladies were having their feet massaged and soaked in the middle of the hallway to the toilet!!!!! Where do you see this in a normal spa???? We decided on our own accord to fill in a form inquiring about our health- This was never used.<br> We were then asked what we booked for and then ushered through a long dark passage where we could not even see where we were walking and could easily trip. The gowns and towels smelled damp and musty.<br> 1. The massage was slap dash and we were left with thick oil everywhere. Each limb was massaged for about 1 minute with NO TECHNIQUE. Was basically a rub down.<br> 2.The back exfoliation lasted for a whole 40 to 50 seconds. I also broke out terribly thereafter. The the****** that was seeing to my husband kept on dropping stuff .<br> 3.The facial left much less to be desired!My face was being steamed and was still drenched with oil.<br> Left after 2 treatments.
