Poor workmanship and Terrible customer service

I did my nails on a Sunday at the coastlands umhlanga branch and one popped off by Thursday . This is only 4 days later. Ask for an appointment to resolve and get the run around. Even though this is poor workmanship on their side the custer service is terrible. The failure to accommodate me to fix one nail is ridiculous!
