Poor Service and No response

Surprise Birthday Spa and stay was ruined after 2 months of planning and adding on additional services. Package that was chosen included Dinner Buffet however I had to pay for it. I called the SPA on Monday and emailed them again yesterday, No Response, no refund provided.
