Pathetic customer service

My partner and I visited the renowned Spa last week Saturday for a couples massage, everything was going well until one of the massage the******s decided to move the Hot facial steamer inbetween the three massage beds which was cramped up into a hotel room due to the renovations taking place. My partner got burnt on his left arm by one of the new trainee massage the******s with the hot steam machine, she didn't even realised what had happened until he jumped to the side as it was so hot. The fact that she was oblivious to what she was doing shows the lack of professionalism. The massage the****** just said sorry and rubbed it with oil which aggravated it . My partner and I were so irritated when it was done we just left , management weren't informed by the massage the******s which shows customer service is of a low priority. Further the massages given was of an average quality. And honestly my opinion would be that the the******s were trying to rush the treatments as we were booked into the 6pm slot.

Despite speaking to management, instead of an apology from the massage the******s, she offered to order a mask for his burn injury which arrived days after the actual incident. We have been treating the injury and despite it being almost a week old, it is still tender to the touch and has left a dark black mark on his arm.

Further to this, I discovered a bruise on my forehead two days ago which can only be caused from the equipment used to clear out black heads or whiteheads during the steam facial.

The customer service offered is really unprofessional, tardy and of no concern to its customers. As a customer reviewed earlier on this page it is indeed a very unprofessional spa with poorly executed treatment offerings and atrocious customer service.

There is no apology from the higher management or the owner. The fact that there was injuries on both customers should warrant a full refund of what was paid for. And further I was recommended to try them out and by far this is the worst treatment that I ever received at a spa. I will never be costing again nor referring anyone to this spa.
