Overpriced. Short treatment

as great as the the****** were, I was not impressed that we had our mani pedi in the foyer with just a partial screen. This was not relaxing or comfortable. Other guests could see us. And it was cold. Also the package was supposed to be 4 hours,we were there at 7.50am and treatment started at 8.10am and was done by 11. 30. This is under 3.5 hrs. We were also supposed to have pastries on arival which only came at 10am.Not at all what I expected. A very disappointing experience.
