Fleur De Lis, Umhlanga review

I booked the pamper me treat for myself and partner at the Fleur De Lis Spa, Umhlanga. I have been to the spa twice before, to the Musgrave Spa and my experience at the Musgrave Spa was 10/10, we got the full treatment, we felt welcomed and relaxed. My experience at the Umhlanga Spa recently was absolutely disappointing, everything was rushed, my facial that was meant to be 30 minutes was 10 minutes, it was just a cleanse, exfoliate, mask and moisturize, I won't even begin on my head massage that felt like a small girl just playing with my hair. The masseuse for my partner spent 45 minutes on his feet because she rushed everything else and tried to drag it out till the 2 hours was done. I will not be coming back there and wasting my money. Very very disappointed and will not recommend Umhlanga Fleur De Lis to anyone.
