Fleur de lis Spa- simply appalling service

A Spa day was booked for 2 pm - the spa creations package for R1490. Our treatment only started at 2 :30. The towels on the theraphy bed was oily and damp. The the****** , Mbali insisted it just came out of the laundry which was clearLy not the case. The the****** didn't use hot stones and insisted the package didn't incl it when it did. She did not do the eye treatment with the facial until I inssited it was in the package.clearly the the******s are not qualified, do not know the packages etc. the massage was anything but relaxing- the walnut full body scrub was rushed and done in 15 minutes!!! She refused to do the spa pedicure saying It wasn't incl. I insisted she phone the lady who booked the package to confirm. There was no lighting in the reception area where the treatment was done and the the****** was happy to sit in the dark and continue. This was also done in a very hap hazard manner and very untidy. But most appealing was how dirty the therAphy rooms are. The pillow had thick black mould which was concealed with a towel. I walked out after the treatment feeling annoyed, not at all relaxed or feeling like I had a pamper day! Absolutely awful experience & want a refund!
