Fleur de lis spa Musgrave

I went for a spa treatment on my birthday. The facial they did gave me a big rash on my face. They also use an extractor instrument to remove blackheads, it also further damaged my face. They now telling me i should come in for a skin assessment and i am no longer in Durban. Think they should just explain to customers the damage their products and instrument can cause and make it clear that all skin types are different and some can get rashes/ burns. Bad service for me.
