Fleur De Lis at the Royal Hotel market what they not trained to do

I received a message that Fleur de Lis is having a special on their packages (Royal Treat). It was a couples package for R499 for 2 people. I immediately contacted the branch at the Royal Hotel in Duran, only to be told that they do not have availability. So I queried about the R599 package, and the lady told me that they have availability for that. I don't understand because the duration of both treatments advertised, was two hours??? how can you only have availability for the more expensive one?

I eventually booked the treatment for R599 and added on a pedicure (for additional time). I have been a loyal client for many years and I must say that I had better treatments elsewhere, for half the price.

It’s sad because you advertise a facial with extraction but your staff are not trained on how to do a facial. I don’t want to go into further detail however what we received was a sloppy facial that made my eyes burn. I had the face treatments go into my eyes because the lady kept rubbing the sponge across my eyes. Are you not supposed to avoid the eye area by putting something over the eye to keep it closed (to avoid this issue)Furthermore, they "forgot" to do the pedicure that I booked for.. it was terrible. Fleur de Lis at the Royal hotel charges less because they lack client service and training
