Fleu de lis Musgrave useless and pathetic customer care

I booked for a couples massage package at the spa in Musgrave. I was made to wait over 10 minutes without being offered even a glass of water. We we shown to the tiny massage room and told to change and cover with the towels on bed. As soon as I picked up the towels they were soaking wet. All 4 of them. This was really disgusting. I then called in the the****** and showed her the wet towels. She felt them and said they are not wet!! I then put on some clothes and went towards the reception and tried to call the person there to complain but I was ignored. I then asked someone to call the manager. She arrived felt the towels and later told me they were going to fetch towels from the laundry. We waited for over 10 minutes which was already half an hour since we arrived. We then got dressed and told the reception we were leaving. Noone apologized or stopped us. Terrible service. Will not recommend to anyone
