Don't believe the 'good reviews'

<p>I am utterly disappointed in the service of the treatments we received. I have been coming to this spa for so long and it seems that the only way to get some sort of decent treatment is to complain about it. So many things went wrong I don't even know where to start.</p> <p>Firstly, we arrived 20 minutes prior our treatment and yet we were seen 20 minutes after and still got our treatments cut short even though it was the staffs delay. That is unacceptable. The the****** even **** and said it was a 90 minute massage but when I asked her the time it wasn't at all 90 minutes!! Then she said sorry shel massage again. WHAT kind of spa are you people running?</p> <p>Then the heated blankets weren't working yet it was a cold day and the air conditioning was on? Do yourl want to purposely make us uncomfortable??</p> <p>Please also tell your the******s to get their mouth cleaned professionally at a dentist as two of them had terribly bad breath let alone the appearance of their teeth. It's very hard to relax when she's breathing directly on you through her mouth.</p> <p>The constant bumping and shuffling made this experience something you just want to get over with. Why so much movement of furniture??</p> <p>The music went off mid session and asked the the****** to fix it, she went out and never came back with feedback, in the second room the lights couldn't dim so it was a bright massage for the other two people I booked.</p> <p>Three the******s couldn't remember what hard pressure was because theyl stop after five minutes and proceeded to massage as slow as possible. It seems like they are over working because they continued to yawn through the sessions.</p> <p><br />We were offered water, but she returned with nothing, I literally gave up and was more frustrated leaving than when I arrived, I still got two more people to visit as I already paid but seriously this kind of environment for a spa is pathetic. Are they even qualified?</p>
