Disgusting Spa Treatment Spoils Birthday

On the 10 of September i made a booking for my boyfriends birthday.I advised the lady about the birthday and made payment in full . On the 24 September we arrive at the spa and was taken into the spa room directly opposite the reception area.The lady massaging me either had the flu or sinus and kept snorting during the treatment , I even asked her if she was unwell cos it was so bad . I didn't know whether to enjoy my treatment or feel bad for massaging me or worry that whatever is in her in nose is going to fall on me or worry about catching the cold.During the massage a staff member just opened the door to talk with ladies attending to us (mind you we were wrapped in towels and people are seated in the reception area). There was no indication that someone is walking in .The Indian head massage was done just at the top of the head ,no pressure points used in this massage. They massaged my hair with no oil it actuallly gave me a headache. The Spa bath was 15 min, as my boyfriend took his gown off the staff member jus opened the door. I requested more time to finish the wine which I was charged R100,as i opened the door a staff member got the shock of her life as ear was on the door
