DISAPPOINTED

I booked a couples spa treatment for December, since its my anniversary. I then notified Skye hotel and accommodation that i wish to change the date and was assured the new date was booked successfully. I was then sent a booking confirmation via email and WhatsApp. All of a sudden i receive a call today, from Fleur De Lis Spa, telling me my booking was canceled but to my knowledge i rescheduled successfully as per the email confirmation proof. What would of happened had my wife and i showed up, only to be told there is no booking yet i have email and whatsapp confirmation. HOW HUMILIATING THAT WOULD BE, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE ITS MY ANNIVERSARY!!!
