Chemically burnt my face

Chemically burnt my face at the Musgrave/Overport branch. First was a year ago, where I insisted on accountability by ensuring that they pay for he repair of my skin. I gave them another opportunity this year in August 2022 thinking that surely this coumd not possibly happen twice and it did- the the****** palced alpha hydroxy acid on my face without informing me. It was supposed to have been a hydrating detox facial. It was traumatising. Unfortunately me.expressing the impact of this trauma was not received well because there apepared to be no computation of the impact of this on me. I will never visit this establishment again. . They may be rated high for massages but my experience warrants a low rating. I have images conencted with corrspondence to evidence my expeirence.
