Bad service with injury!!

I booked the 3hour ultimate spa treatment at the umhlanga coastlands spa for my partners birthday and honestly I have had the worst experience ever. I thought we would be pampered and spoilt but I ended up being hurt and bleeding! A manicure was done as part of my spa package and the the****** that was assigned to me not only filed my nail, but my skin as well.. to the extent that it was bleeding! Added to this the manicure was done so unprofessionally as she painted the skin around my fingers and I was only given 2 colours to choose from.. 2 shades of pink! For such a supposedly good spa I would think that you would have a biggr selection of colours to choose from?! When I enquired why there was no other colours the the****** said that she could only find the two shades of pink! And when I complained about her hurting my finger by filing my skin out my complaints fell on deaf ears! My partner n I were so unhappy with the terrible service there and we definitely will not be returning anytime soon! For R1300 you can definitely get better elsewhere!
