Bad Service

My husband had decided to treat me to a couples spar as a birthday gift on the 16-09-15.<br> Having heard some negative stuff about the spa we still remained positive and decided to try it out.We got there and was greeted kindly we were offered tea/coffee and thought,wonderful, we going to have a great experience.We get to the treatment only to find that the hot stone massage was less than 5 minutes of hot-stone and the rest full body massage of which i didn't really mind until the following day were i realised my entire back was in spasms.I then expected a nice head,neck and shoulder massage,the consultant touched my neck all of 2 times which resulted in her doing everything short of breaking my neck and massaging my head for 5 minutes.Then came the paraffin dip which was the icing on the cake, we were made to dip our feet in a spa of BOILING HOT wax.This resulted in my husband suffering with burnt feet of which the consultant blowing his feet to cool it down tells him, \its hot but wont burn you"on which planet does something boiling not burn?Lucky 4 me i dipped 1c and refused to endure such madness and opted to pass on the dip. This was a once in a lifetime experience.Never Again"""
