I tried to Book a Royal Couple Spa Treatment for Thursday at Skye Hotel through a Voucher that was purchased CASH. I was advised by Sash that I cannot redeem it because it is peak season due to back to back holidays and the available slots are reserved for cash bookings, she further asked if I wanted to pay cash. I requsted a refund and I was told that the voucher is valid for 3 years and I can always book any other time, who still wants to come here and get this customer service?

This information was not communicated upon purchase!!!!! This company collects money through this voucher system to generate cash? oh what a ****. I don't want to go to any other branch I want my refund ASAP because they ruined my birthday mood.
