Terrible Customer service

We are a business located next to the Centurion Fleisherei in Louwlardia. Jemstech is our business name. We are 60 people working here and have been ordering from you guys for many years. Today a very rude gentlemen answered the phone, gave me attitude, refused to give me his name and then hung up the phone in my ear. The manager, Maria is a sweet lady, but she never ever resolves any complaints.

You guys are going to loose business from our side, I will make sure of it.
