Poor Service from Fleisherei

Dear Sir I am a regular Fleisherai client however, what happened this morning was the limit. I wanted to purchase a meat hamper for an incentive. When I arrived at the Brakfontein outlet your personnel started to help me and then in front of me took down the adverti*****t for hampers and told me it is no longer available. As far as I know you cannot remove and or change an advertised price and when I then asked if I could build my own hamper the sales personnel just did not show any interest. It is sad that my favorite meat provider is treating not only me but its customers like that.
