Pathetic, terrible service and false advertising
There online advertises same day delivery for Centurion. On placing an order and then after paying received an invoice stating delivery on 26/03/2025. I contacted them and they stated they do not deliver on Mondays. I requested a refund as I am not available the rest of the week. They called back and guaranteed delivery today. Keep promising driver is on the way every time I have to call and follow up. Now nothing. They do not have issues accepting payment but cannot keep their side of the deal. Pathetic service. Make promises they cannot keep. Now no one knows anything and cannot help.

He not only reported the problem with the advertising but went even further and made sure that I received my order yesterday. He is a credit to the company and every company should have someone like this working for them. Stimy is a credit to the company. Thank you for your excellent service and dedication
