Nonexistent service and customer support

I ordered online on 31 May. Delivery was supposed to take place on 4 June. Van arrived but driver couldn’t find my meat. He said someone would phone me. No one did.

I phoned later that same afternoon, staff said they would get back to me. No one did.

I phoned again, next morning. Staff said my delivery would take place just after 14:00. It didn’t.

I phoned again. At 16:00 staff told me they would get back to me. No one did.

I phoned again at 16:50. Staff promised to get back to me. No one did.

Pathetic service and customer support. Currently still waiting for order.
