Fleisherei - Terrible Service

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Customer care lines are non-existent and also phone lines are not working.

I placed an order for a biltong cake for a birthday party, and after many promises from staff in the Ruimsig branch that the cake would be ready, it never happened. Also the collection date on the website and invoice is merely a suggestion, and you can count on your order being late/not ready for collection.
