False promises and a non existing customer care department.

Poor poor customer service. After 2 emails still no reply. Promise after promise and still no delivery. Got an email on Sunday the 2nd order is ready for Dispatch and today is the 4th and still no delivery. Yesterday i was promised that they u would deliver today only to be told today delivery will only take place tomorrow. I placed my order on the 29th of May already and tomorrow will be the 5th of June. Order no 6515.
