Failed to deliver and process a refund

Unfortunately I will never support Fleisherei again. Second time that I’m experiencing problems with collecting my online order. I’ve spoken to and sent emails to customer care with absolutely no response from them in terms of refunding my money. Their deli staff are clueless and their customer care is non-existent!
