Disgusting service

So absolutely g@tvol with this company's poor service. We've given them way too many chances again and again. This is the 4th time there are things missing from the order like in the past they supp**** us with 1kg steak when we ordered 2kg. Previous time the chicken fillets they aleays have on special were quite disgusting in texture with sinewy parts in them that I just don't understand how chicken gets that way not even checkers chicken breasts has ever been like that. With my latest order I needed gammon for my husbands dinner party and ordered 5kg of gammon of which they supp**** zero of it, but checked it as supp**** on their invoice and charged us for it. The gammon is the reason for the order, the other products were just added to reach the minimum amount for free delivery and they can't even deliver the one thing I actually really needed. I will literally rather start shopping my meat at woolies for R20 a kg more, but then I know that I do get my products and that it will be top quality. I am kicking myself right now that I didn't just get my gammon from Woolworths. Fleisherei is awful and their attitute sucks. Previous time when I complained about items missing from my order they did not even apologise. They made it like I was some bad guy for complaining and not understanding their human error it bit human. Failure to deliver excellent service again and again. Fleisherei is not a good butchery to buy your meat from. We are done with them after the last disappointment.
