Worst customer service

I have received a terrible experience with this company. My car was hijacked on February 2022 de 4th and my insurance took my car to them b4 month - end February however they kept my car without even touching it until may.. After I have complained..

However Im still awaiting the parts which are outstanding and driving with a steering wheel which is holded by a sello tape... No spare wheel till today and that's 3 months after. And the livingstone (Zuma) a headless chicken who doesn't know what a customer and the difference between customer service and lies....
