VERY BAD SERVICE PROVIDER

This is the worse company I ever dealt with, they don't have an idea what they doing. My daughter dropped her car off last Monday, they called her Thursday to say she did not leave the car keys. We called twice and nobody could give us any feedback they promised to call back and it never happen. One person even said they are still waiting for the parts and this was so not true. The manager is never available

Makes me wonder why are they still getting business from insurances?
