Unhappy Client

I have never taken a car to panel beater before but if I have to, it will not be this one. first, I was told to pay so that they can order parts for me which I was promised a week, but it took about a month and no communication or whatsoever I had to follow-up every now and then. When I finally took my car in, I mistakenly forgot my cologne worth 3k under the seat and guess what, it magically grew legs. Damage that was in my car was visible but as expected they found new problem and my car had to stay longer in the which was not communicated with me until I called. When it was time to fetch my car, front rim caps were missing and I was informed that they will order new ones for me, to date I have not received and communication from them and it has been months. I was assisted by Brendel, you would swear he is a great guy but wow, poor communication skills, and this panelbeater is full of *******.
