The worst experience ever!!!

ONE STAR IS EVEN TOO MUCH!!

I was in a car accident the 16/10/2019.

My insurance company assist me so nicely.

Just so sad that they chose FLEET VIP SOLUTIONS to do their repairs.

I have a few complaints.

1) My car's Radio face is missing upon my cars return. They claim that they received it like that.

2) My petrol was half tank when I was in the accident. When my car returned to me it had no petrol at all.

3) My spare wheel was used to replace the wheel that was bended in the accident. I payed alot of money for repairs,now they put my spare wheel on the front left side and left me with the bended car wheel as a spare!

4) My side indicators are not the same. One orange and the other one white?

5) The pannel beaters did not do a very good job on the painting, the original white of my car and the white paint that they now put on is totally different!

6) The thing that I am most upset about is my Glove compartment is broken! Like what did you guys have to do in my glove compartment? I don't get that! There was nothing there for you!! There was nothing wrong with it!!

7) They broke my left inner door handle as well as the reflector on the outside is also broken off.

8) The radiators *****s were lose,never tightened when reassembling the bumper.

They didn't handle my car with any respect! This is not on! I am very unhappy!

I had to work 6 Jobs just to pay for this car. Then the Pannel Beaters at Fleet VIP solutions treated my car like this. Treated me like this...

I suspected more. I am so disappointed. I am so angry! I am disgusted!

Any good review you get is false!
