The ABSOLUTE WORST service provider! STAY AWAY!

We booked the car to replace the front and back bumpers, which took a whole month and my car came back with parts of the engine messed with. There was no communication throughout the whole process which I also blame MiWay insurance for. The service provided was terrible, I was told to collect my car, which upon arrival was not ready infact there were parts still missing. A few days later I return to collect my car and non of the paperwork was put together, I had to wait while they scrambled through piles of paper to find mine. Such incompetence and disorganization is beyond me. Anyway I finally got my car and now parts of my engine are messed with and I must pay to fix. FLEET VIP SOLUTIONS is the absolute worst service provider
