Stay away from Fleet Vip Solutions

Watch out for Fleet VIP Solutions bunch of con-artists. AON insurance made us take in our car to VIP Fleet Solutions which has been a nightmare from word go! Basically 4months ago the car was booked in at VIP Fleet Solutions. The vehicle a little Suzuki Alto was taken in for a repair to the rear wheel arch and bumper due to a bumper bashing from the rear. So I requested a detailed invoice as to what insurance (AON) was paying out as I had advised VIP that when the accident occurred the taxi hit the car and basically pushed the car over the island damaging something underneath the vehicle, so each time going around a corner the vehicle would cut out. So damages were tyre and rim that were dented, rear bumper and rear rhs wheel arch. So I got the itemised billing from insurance when I went to collect the vehicle and noticed my tyre and rim weren’t replaced which were part of the collision. I nearly fell over for what VIP was paid out for at the tune of over R32 000. Most of you know I had my own workshops etc so they didn’t expect me to follow up on the clients don’t generally see. So I collected the car and that evening I broke down on the N1. What kills me is I have been without a car for the last 4months. No courtesy car, no follow up if we want answers we have to follow up! So r32000 paid out which the assessor okayed things that were not even part of the collision. My person perspective is that this is clearly a type of insurance ***** between the assessor and Fleet VIP Solutions. Yesterday I was at there offices which was literally a joke with staff crying slamming doors in the reception. I felt like I was watching an episode of Jerry Springer.
