Poor service from VIP

Never ever use these guys. My vehicle went in for insurance approved hail damgage. After 2 weeks I received the vehicle back and the job was incomplete, they were waiting on parts. 5 months later and I am still waiting for them to supply the parts that were order. Their excuse is the part is coming from Germany and it's BMW's fault. After a long fight with my insurance company they agrees to pay me out for the part, as I own my own workshop and could complete the work myself. I ordered the part and 7 days later I had the part in hand from the UK. VIP is full of excuses and never completed the work even though they were paid in full by the insurance company. On top of that when I received and checked my car I complained about over spray on the door and on my soft top. Their reply was "It was a paintless repair and it not our problem" Poor service and never get feed back from them.
