Not taking clients Seriously

standard bank insurance which is also as useless as fleep vip solutions took my vehicle to them on the 18 march 2015 wich was only ready on the 30 April after i fought with them and only to find that the car was not properly done and they insisted that its ok till i forced to take it back on the 3 June for them to repaint the bumper which today is the 3rd day and they still tell me that my car is not ready , i feel they are the most useless panel beater ever do not wish to deal with them their service extremely BAD!!!
