Not sure

I took my car to the workshop around November 2023 and got my car back earlier February I was not pleased with the lack of communication I received from the relevant staff, the was a point I had to call in through out the day and still got no feedback the receptionist will take your details but doesn't make sure that you are called back but anyway after all I was happy when my car got well fixed with brand new parts which I waited for so long and eventually Sello kept on updating me on the progress.
