How I Lost My Vehicle "At the So Called VIP Solutions"

I was in involved in a car accident in March 2019 a Taxi hit me from behind and my car insurance selected VIP Fleet Solution as the repairer. Its been 2 months now since my vehicle has been in their facilities and I still can not get a straight lead time as to when Will the repairs will be done.

Every time I am the one who calls them to find out on the status of the repairs, I go to the repair centre every Friday for the past 8 weeks now and nothing has been done on my car. My car was hit from behind but they now working on my Engine stripping parts. I mean in such instances who should protect the client. Its been a good 8 weeks now NOTHING has been done No Lead Time but my engine remains open and all they do is drink coffee and attend meetings all day.

I am Really frustrated by their incompetence and I am no longer interested in their services. I just want what is left of my vehicle.
